Terms of Service
The terms for using tedgeone.com, the TEdgeOne consultant network and the consultant portal.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of tedgeone.com, the TEdgeOne consultant network, the consultant portal and related emails, provided by TEdgeOne Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“TEdgeOne”). By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and, if you act for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
2. Our services
We provide enterprise technology and digital transformation, AI and data advisory, B2B deal advisory, OEM and partner advisory, cybersecurity and risk, and global marketing services, delivered by our team and by verified independent consultants. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate statement of work or engagement letter, which prevails over these terms for that engagement.
3. Using the website
You may use the website lawfully to learn about our services, contact us and view public content. You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access, probe or test the site’s security, or interfere with its operation;
- upload malicious code or submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
- scrape, harvest or copy content or profiles, including by automated means, without our written consent;
- try to identify consultants behind anonymised profiles, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
4. The consultant network
- Anonymised profiles. Public profiles describe verified expertise without identifying the consultant. Tiers, availability and other details are indicative and may change.
- Verification. We check experience, evidence, referees, sanctions and conflicts at the time of approval, and ask members to re-confirm their details every year. Verification is not a guarantee of any particular result; see our Disclaimer.
- Independent consultants. Network consultants are independent professionals, not employees or agents of TEdgeOne, unless an engagement agreement says otherwise.
- No obligation until agreed. A request, suggestion, acceptance or rate proposal made on the site or in the portal is not a contract. An engagement exists only when TEdgeOne confirms it in writing with agreed terms.
- Introductions through TEdgeOne. Engagements that arise from an introduction through the network are contracted with TEdgeOne under the applicable engagement terms.
5. Requesting a consultant
- You must give accurate information and confirm your email before a request is sent.
- Describe your requirement without confidential or personal data you are not entitled to share; we pass the requirement, location and timeline to the consultant without your name, company or contact details.
- We may suggest other consultants if the one you asked for is not available. You decide whether to proceed.
6. Network members and the consultant portal
- Membership is subject to approval and to the associate network agreement and NDA you accept in the verification pack; those documents prevail over these terms for members.
- Keep your information accurate and your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity in your portal account.
- Confidentiality. Client requirements, other members’ details, rates and anything else you see in the portal are confidential. Use them only to respond to TEdgeOne, and do not contact clients or other members outside an engagement arranged by TEdgeOne using information from the portal.
- When you refer an opportunity you confirm the client is happy to be referred and that you may share any contact details you provide.
- We may pause, place on hold or close a membership, for example during a compliance review, for a breach of these terms or of the associate agreement, or at your request.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its text, graphics, logos, design, software and methodologies belong to TEdgeOne or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification needs our prior written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Its content is general information, not professional legal, financial, tax, regulatory or technical advice. Our full Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TEdgeOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the website or the network outside a written engagement. Liability under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate TEdgeOne for losses caused by your breach of these terms, misuse of the website or portal, or information you submit that you were not entitled to share.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and DPDP Notice explain how we handle personal data. You can exercise your rights on the Data Rights page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an engagement agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes for network members are notified by email.
